The role includes supervising office staff, ensuring compliance with SOPs, handling billing and invoicing, and coordinating cross-department workflows with warehouse, production, and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years office management experience required; previous direct reports.
• 2-3 years' customer service experience required.
• Prior warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Proficient in WMS, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach office staff; monitor performance and provide guidance.
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure timely order processing and customer service.
• Maintain documented office procedures and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Oversee billing and invoicing processes for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and administrative teams to optimize workflows.
• Support HR tasks and maintain confidential personnel files.
• Assist General Manager with facility operations and administrative duties.
