K&M Collision is seeking an Office Manager & Accounting Assistant to oversee daily administrative operations and provide accounting support within a fast-paced collision repair environment.
In this role you will manage office workflows, process financial transactions, handle vendor relations, and support managers with various projects while maintaining confidentiality and delivering accurate records.

The Office Manager & Accounting Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office while providing accounting support to the corporate and management teams. This position plays a key role in keeping the office organized, ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately, and supporting the overall efficiency of the business.
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating structure, managing office operations, and supporting the financial functions of the business. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities and enjoys being the person who keeps the office running smoothly.
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00/salary
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in person
