Salary/Hourly Rate
$90k - $95k Annually
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager who is also comfortable sitting at the front desk as the first point of contact. The Office Manager supports day-to-day office operations, handles facilities and vendor management, and assists with internal event planning. This Office Manager role is ideal for someone with a service mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with staff and leadership.
Responsibilities Of The Office Manager
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
- Manage office supply inventory, kitchen restocking, and mail/packages.
- Liaise with building management and external vendors.
- Coordinate internal events.
- Set up meeting rooms and support weekly all-hands meetings.
- Participate in HR meetings and collaborate on office-related projects.
- Support office expansion/move if needed.
- Assist with employee onboarding logistics.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.
Required Experience/Skills for the Office Manager:
- 5+ years of experience in office management or similar roles.
- Ability to lift and move office packages (10 - 20 lbs.)
- Prior experience interacting with building/facilities management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Tech-savvy; able to assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Professional, friendly demeanor.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Office Manager:
- Experience planning corporate or office events.
- Familiarity with office expansion or move logistics.
Education Requirements:
- No specific degree is required.
- Equivalent experience is preferred.
