About the role

  1. Manage the US Multinational Property & Specialty portfolio, ensuring network execution and service performance.
  2. Supervise a team of Multinational Administrators, aligning with AIG’s Global Multinational Business Model.
  3. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote AIG Multinational’s value proposition and support growth strategies.
  4. Oversee complex multinational program design and execution, meeting service standards and SLAs.
  5. Support the expansion of AIG MN’s presence in the market by aligning strategies and operational models.
  6. Report directly to the Head of Multinational – North America.

Impact and Responsibilities

  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including brokers and clients, in collaboration with client executives and underwriters.
  • Oversee pre- and post-bind activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to principles.
  • Develop expertise in multinational business, program design, regulation, reinsurance, and processes.
  • Ensure service level standards are met and improve client experience.
  • Promote the multinational business model and value propositions internally and externally.
  • Support system and process development, including MN Xpress.
  • Foster team growth through training, development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and control procedures, creating a risk-aware culture.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and support business development and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven team and people management skills, with the ability to attract, retain, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Client-focused with servicing experience with stakeholders including brokers and clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in workflow optimization and service level management.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and operational improvement skills.
  • Technical knowledge of multinational programs, property & specialty insurance, reinsurance, and related systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word; professional insurance qualifications preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary in NYC: $93,000 - $130,000, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits. Details available in the US Benefits Overview.
