The Salvation Army in Superior is seeking an Office Manager to support daily operations and ministry programs. This part-time role (20 hours/week) handles deposits, mail, donor receipts, and coordination with Divisional Headquarters, while maintaining files and records.
You will assist with development activities, payroll paperwork, and calendar management, projecting a professional image and ensuring smooth corps operations for staff and volunteers.
Whether it's sharing God's love, helping disaster survivors, offering basic necessities from our Basic Needs Pantry, the Salvation Army of Superior is here to help! We also offer casework services, coats for kids in the winter months, community care ministries, holiday assistance and much more.
This is a part-time position, 20 hours/week.
The Office Manager is responsible for all daily business functions, and provides ministry and program support for The Salvation Army in Superior.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Valid Driver’s license with approval to drive from TSA’s insurance carrier.
Two years’ experience in an administrative support role to a mid-level manager or higher, including basic financial and supervisory experience.
