Qualifications

  • Industrial, manufacturing, or technical services experience preferred.
  • Additional education or certifications in business administration are a plus.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repair needs.
  • Support customer service activities as needed.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Job description

This role oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the Sheboygan Falls office and serves as a central point of contact for employees, vendors, clients, and management. You will coordinate office workflows, support HR and basic accounting activities, manage schedules and office resources, and help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient work environment.

Education and experience
  • - High school diploma or equivalent required
  • - 2-5 years of experience in office management or a senior administrative role

  • - Experience managing office supply inventory and coordinating with vendors
