Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Office Manager to support daily operations, provide administrative support to leadership, manage bookkeeping, oversee office functions, and coordinate HR processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage accounts payable and receivable, assist with budgets, and prepare financial reports.
  2. Maintain office systems, supplies, and support meetings.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for HR needs, including onboarding and benefits.
  4. Support organizational and program financial statements and grant reports.
  5. Assist with donor management, record keeping, and event logistics.
  6. Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Development Director.
  7. Manage office technology and supplies, and act as liaison for building management.
  8. Coordinate human resources paperwork, onboarding, and benefits monitoring.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and office management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • At least two years in the nonprofit sector or similar role.
  • Ability to pass a Minnesota Child Protection background check.
  • Availability for occasional evenings or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace.
