QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking an Office Manager in Sacramento, CA. The role reports to management and requires strong administrative and clerical skills in a fast-paced industrial flooring environment.

The ideal candidate will handle proposals, reports, mail, and day-to-day office tasks while supporting Sales Reps and management. SAP experience is a plus, and the position offers comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilidades

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is a well established, national leader in the industrial/commercial flooring industry for concrete polishing and epoxy systems. Since 1968 we have provided the industrial and commercial markets with a single source for solutions to their concrete floor needs.

We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a full-time, experienced Office Manager in Sacramento, CA.

The pay rate will be $23-$27 an hour.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Supporting Sales Reps
• Typing proposals and memos
• Setting up conference calls
• Creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel and Word
• Managing a multi-line telephone system
• Processing all in-coming and out-going mail
• Ordering supplies
• Supporting Management with day-to-day business needs
• Tracking Sales and marketing campaigns
• Researching market segments and other daily sales support activities

POSITION REQUIRES:
