Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead sales and marketing of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems for commercial, retail, and industrial markets.

The successful candidate will develop and expand accounts and territories, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and travel as needed to grow regional sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required.
• Two to three years of territory and account development experience is preferred.
• Solid qualifying and closing ability with a history of sales success.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong time and territory management skills.
• College degree preferred.
• Valid State driver's license in good standing.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand accounts and territories through follow-up, cold calls, telemarketing and meetings.
• Develop new and existing accounts, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and present materials.
• Provide accurate information to create proposals for customers.
• Some overnight travel.

TheProject Manager's main focus isthe sales and marketing of our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems as well as our materials for end usersin commercial, retail, and industrial markets.The successful candidate will have salesand account / territory development experience, preferably in the flooring industry.

Responsibilities:

• Responsiblefor account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling /prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings
• New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstrations
• Provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
• Some overnight travel
• Successful candidate should have the motivation and desire to help grow and build regional sales

Qualifications:

• Experience in general flooring, construction,or sales is requiredTwo to three years of past territory and account development experience is preferred.
• Solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success
• The ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment
• Solid time and territory management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accounts
• College degree preferred
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
