Capital Preparatory Schools is seeking an Office Manager to join our New York administration team, ensuring smooth daily operations and financial processes at the campus level.
The Office Manager reports to the principal and the Director of Operations, handling bookkeeping, attendance, meal and transportation administration, purchasing, enrollment, student records, parent communications, and general admin support to keep the school running efficiently.

The Officer Manager reports directly to the principal and has responsibility to the Director of Operations.
The Office Manager participates as a key member of the Capital Prep administration team in ensuring the smooth functioning of the day-to-day operational and financial aspects of the school, including, but are not limited to:
Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Capital Preparatory Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package.
This is a full-time, full-year non-exempt position. This position is vacation eligible.
Occasional nights and weekends may be required.
