Job description

Boutique entertainment law firm is hiring an Office Manager to join its midtown Manhattan team on a part-time, temporary to permanent basis.

The ideal candidate is an adaptable and diligent professional with:

  • Prior law firm office management experience
  • TABS billing experience, required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Office Manager will:

  • Work closely with bookkeeping vendor to manage firm billing and A/P, and assist with financial reporting
  • Liaise with IT vendor to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Personnel management including onboarding and offboarding
  • Payroll and benefit administration
  • Manage insurance policies

Additional information:

  • Hourly compensation: $40.00/hour - $50.00/hour commensurate with experience
  • Flexible part-time schedule (during normal business hours)
