$68,339.00/yr - $102,166.00/yr
The selected candidate(s) will be offered a salary between $76,301.00 - $99,190.00.
The position is only open to candidates who are permanent (not provisional) in the civil service title of Administrative Manager (NM).
The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) protects and promotes the safety and well-being of children and families through child welfare and juvenile justice services and community supports. ACS manages community-based supports and foster care services and provides subsidized childcare vouchers. ACS child protection staff respond to allegations of child maltreatment. In juvenile justice, ACS oversees detention, placement, and programs for youth in the community.
The Division of Family Court Legal Services (FCLS) primarily represents ACS in child neglect and abuse cases, permanency hearings, juvenile delinquency hearings, and other child welfare proceedings. FCLS attorneys work with ACS staff and stakeholders to serve children, youth, and families.
