Base pay range

$26.74/hr - $29.92/hr

We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and provide essential support to our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys juggling a variety of tasks, and takes pride in creating an efficient, welcoming, and well-run workplace. Ideally, the Office Manager will work on-site five days a week; however, we offer flexible hours, and the option to work remotely one day per week may be considered after the first three months of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including materials, equipment, and refreshments.
  • Support production of printed materials (flyers, mailings, display boards).
  • Manage internal meetings, room reservations, and A/V needs.
  • Assist with onboarding for new hires and serve as the main contact for vendors.
  • Handle office supply management, general upkeep, and light housekeeping.
  • Provide accounting support: invoice entry, expense reports, reconciliations, and client setup.
  • Answer phones, manage mail, and assist with general office errands.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a consulting or professional services environment; AEC industry experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required (company vehicle available for off-site events).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
