Are you a detail-driven professional with a strong background in bookkeeping and financial operations? Keller Williams Realty in Miami is seeking an Office Manager to take charge of the day-to-day administrative and financial management of our fast-paced, high-performing real estate office. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience who enjoys organizing systems, supporting a busy office, and playing a key role in financial oversight. The Office Manager will work closely with agents, administrative staff, and leadership to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently, with a strong emphasis on accurate bookkeeping, compliance, and financial reporting. Salary: $50,000–$55,000 | OTE up to $65,000 Benefits: Paid Time Off | Health Benefits Responsibilities: • Maintain and manage accurate financial records , including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations • Process payroll (via third-party) and manage the month-end close • Prepare and analyze financial reports for leadership • Input and maintain data in accounting and office systems • Oversee the purchasing of office supplies and equipment • Support compliance with internal policies and procedures • Assist in supervising and mentoring administrative staff • Maintain office equipment and technology • Coordinate meeting agendas and take meeting minutes • Help train new staff and support agent onboarding • Deliver a high level of service to agents and clients Qualifications: • 2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (required) • Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping , payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Google Workspace • The ability to pass a basic accounting assessment as part of the hiring process • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • A proactive, independent, and team-oriented mindset • Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative environment • Real estate experience and Spanish fluency are preferred but not required Compensation: $65,000 potential
