ComForCare Home Care - Treasure Valley is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate staffing schedules, supervise teams, and ensure compliant, high-quality in-home care.

You will lead scheduling, recruit and hire, and implement workflow systems while maintaining confidentiality and fostering a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in staffing and operations.
• Proven skills in organization, problem-solving, communication, decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring client service requests are fulfilled according to the Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan and client preferences.
• Providing direction and supervision to a team including schedulers, participate in recruiting and hiring.
• Ensuring job performance complies with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Call, meet with and enroll potential new clients.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents.
• Prepare updates to policies and procedures as directed.
• Implementing and monitoring workflow systems and control mechanisms.
• Participating in agency quality improvement activities and attending required meetings and educational programs.

Salary Range:

$25-28 DOE
