Orbit Fab is looking for a highly organized and dependable Office Manager for their Lafayette, Colorado headquarters. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations by coordinating logistics, maintaining organized systems, and assisting the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. This is a full-time, on-site position offering fully covered benefits and flexible hours.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Dependable and self-motivated; able to work independently.

  • Manage conference room and meeting space scheduling.

About the role
  • Orbit Fab is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Lafayette headquarters. You will help keep the office running smoothly by maintaining organized systems, coordinating logistics, and supporting the team so that our engineers and business professionals can stay focused on the mission.
  • You will work across teams to support scheduling, file organization, travel coordination, onboarding logistics, and a range of general administrative activities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential in this role.
What you'll do
  • Culture & Events
    • Coordinate and support employee recognition and highlight posts on LinkedIn and internal channels.
    • Help plan and execute internal events including team lunches, milestone celebrations, and company-wide gatherings.
  • Facilities & Visitor Coordination
    • Manage conference room and meeting space scheduling to support daily operations, leadership meetings, and partner visits.
    • Coordinate on-site tours, customer demonstrations, and VIP visits, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
    • Own and maintain the office seating chart and employee directory, keeping them current as the team grows.
  • File & Information Management
    • Maintain organized file structures within SharePoint, ensuring documents are properly named, easy to find, and kept up to date.
    • Support the organization of shared workspaces in Confluence and Slack, helping teams maintain consistent structure without requiring platform administration expertise.
    • Support the development and documentation of company-wide administrative policies and processes.
  • Office Operations
    • Manage office supply procurement to ensure the workspace is stocked and functional.
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for leadership and technical staff.
    • Support employee onboarding and offboarding logistics, including orientation coordination, equipment setup tracking, and access provisioning support.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Dependable and self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is a full-time, hourly, on-site position at our Lafayette, Colorado headquarters.
