Branch Office Manager

Pay: $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Description Summary

The selected candidate will work in a team environment alongside coworkers and managers.

  • Manage all functions of the branch office, collaborating with office staff, field personnel, and management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties supporting various office functions.
  • Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system.
  • Organize office operations, manage payroll, handle correspondence, design filing systems, and review supply requisitions.
  • Communicate with management, supervisors, and employees regarding employee questions or business issues via phone, email, or mail.
  • Handle accounting clerical duties, including data entry for reports and invoice processing.
  • Supervise or coordinate activities of clerical staff (1-2 employees).
  • Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing training for employees.
  • Support the hiring process and safety initiatives.
  • Be a self-starter with attention to detail, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Follow managerial instructions for daily tasks and project expectations.
  • Review and recommend process improvements.
  • Model company values including respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
