Your disciplined oversight will transform data into insight, safeguard cash flow, and create operational clarity that powers sustainable, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Quoting&Order Processing —25%

  • Draft and track hardware/project quotes in Salesforce
  • Coordinate PO approvals, delivery dates, and serial‑number intake

Project Coordination —25%

  • Build milestones and task lists in Asana, Monday, or PSA module
  • Manage QuickBooks Online (AR, AP, expense coding, bank & credit‑card reconciliations, month‑end close)
  • Issue invoices and statements, monitor aging, drive collections
  • Prepare vendor payments and employee reimbursements

Metrics&Reporting —15%

  • Pull PSA/RMM reports and update scorecards for weekly leadership huddles

Payroll&HR Administration —10%

  • Submit bi‑weekly payroll & 401(k) files; manage PTO ledger
  • Maintain compliance calendars (workers’ comp, BWC, EEOC, ACA)

Office Operations —10%

  • Coordinate quarterly team events and weekly meetings

Required Qualifications

  • 3+years managing QuickBooks (AR/AP, reconciliations, reporting)
  • Working knowledge of HR/payroll rules (FMLA, OSHA logs, Ohio BWC)
  • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and Office365 stack
  • Experience tracking metrics or KPIs
  • Able to juggle interruptions typical in a small MSP without losing accuracy
  • Familiarity with quoting tools (Salesforce)
  • Prior work inside a technology services company.
  • Knowledge of EOS or similar business management systems.
  • 10 PTO days+10 holidays (PTO Days increase with each anniversary)
  • 50% premium share on medical / dental / vision
