Your Responsibilities

Manages and coordinates travel, caterings, events and visits. Assists management with reports, presentations and with any additional needs needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Manage company fleet cars and rental cars
  • Organize the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
  • Filing, scanning and data arrangement
  • Record office and travel expenditure and manage budget
  • Assist managers with departmental projects
  • Assist managers with general assistant duties (e.g. reports / presentations)
  • Purchase order tracking and reporting
  • Correspondence (both internally and to suppliers)
  • Organize and host company events
  • Forms and document control to the defined extent
  • Maintain and organize corporate information
  • Coordinate office 5S activities
  • Visitor/Temp badge control
  • Phones/Visitor Safety/Distribute Mail
  • Coordinate arrangements for special guests
  • Maintains a working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner. Act as safety coordinator for the office.
  • Manages Idea program
  • Supports HR (local "representative"), Introduction of new hires

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic accounting skills is an added plus.

To perform this job successfully, additionally, an individual should have good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Teams/Outlook, and SAP.
