The Office Manager is responsible for the managing the Caregiver life cycle and we will depend on you to coordinate general office activities, assist with billing and payroll, maintain physical and electronic files, support other business functions as needed and help ensure our clients receivecompassionate, high-quality carewhile guiding and supporting our staff to perform their best. This position also plays a key role in fostering teamwork and a positive, professional workplace culture.

Location: In-Person (Evergreen, CO)
What Will Our Office Manager Do?
- Overseeday-to-day office operationsincluding phone management, client relations, payroll, EMR management, and staff scheduling – including scheduling conflicts, emergencies, etc.
- Leadclinical oversightby completing assessments, supervisory visits, and skills verification.
- Ensure all caregivers arecompetent, trained, and supportedin providing safe, high-quality care.
- Assist our Human Resources team with the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process for caregivers and new employees
- Conductprogram evaluations and record reviewsto maintain compliance and excellence.
- Collaborate with management to implement and refine operational procedures.Track, input and analyze performance data for the office, develop reports as needed.
- Serve as amentor and resourceto staff, maintaining the highest professional standards.
- Act as anadvocate for clients, addressing concerns promptly and reinforcing a culture of safety and respect.
- Partner with leadership onmarketing initiatives and growth strategiesto expand our reach in the community – such as client appreciation and referral programs.
- Perform on-call duties as assigned. Perform other administrative and office tasks, as requested.
We Would Like Our Office Manager to Have:
- Minimum of two years in an office managerial setting; homecare, medical, executive admin asst., etc.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the homecare industry preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively.
- Interact well with callers and internal staff.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted drivers license.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess excellent client interaction skills.
- Be extremely versatile, adaptable and entrepreneurial.
- Possess a servant leader mentality.
- Be extremely collaborative with CPO/CEO and all team members.
- Have experience with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to be a Team player.
Job Benefits:
- $58,000-$75,000 based on experience
