Looking for a motivated, organized, and professional team player to fill an Office Manager position at Moffat County High School. The Office Manager provides administrative support for the building administration and staff, serves as a primary point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors, and assists in maintaining an efficient, welcoming, and professional school office environment.
Starting base salary is $$23.67, actual placement on the salary schedule is based on experience and education.
Minimum requirement - High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or additional education in business administration, office management, accounting, education, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in school office administration, office management, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
The employee may provide direction and assistance to student workers, volunteers, and other office personnel as assigned. The employee may assist with coordinating office operations and ensuring that established school and District procedures are followed.
