Housekeeping Houseperson - Deep Clean - Hilton Cleveland Downtown

Hilton Cleveland Downtown is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Houseperson to join our team! Located in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, our hotel is close to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Playhouse Square, and East 4th Street. We are connected to the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland and feature amenities such as an indoor pool, fitness center, and a top-floor bar with views of Lake Erie. Our property includes 600 guest rooms and 18 meeting rooms with over 40,000 sq ft of meeting space.

This role involves deep cleaning of guest suites and requires attention to detail, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and primarily first-shift hours.

Responsibilities
  1. Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
  2. Perform dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, carpet shampooing, window washing, floor waxing, trash removal, and ashtray emptying.
  3. Greet guests courteously and respond to their requests.
  4. Report maintenance issues and repair needs.
  5. Stock and maintain supply rooms.
  6. Perform deep cleaning and special projects, such as mattress flipping and furniture moves.
  7. Assist with cleaning guest rooms and delivering guest requests.
