Salary: $17 - $22 / hour

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Assistant Dental Office Manager, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. You will participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, following patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
  • Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payments, and ensure high-quality care
  • Supervise and reinforce daily tasks of the non-clinical team under the Manager's guidance
  • Review data daily to evaluate practice impact
  • Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments
  • Verify insurance payments, handle collections, and process deposits and credit card transactions
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients
  • Analytical thinking and data utilization skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
