  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized workspace.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and calendar management.
  • Assist in processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and using accounting software.

  • Manage office supplies, ensuring availability and negotiating with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
  • Support employees with administrative tasks, including workstation setup for new hires.

Educational Background:
