Job summary

Southern Oregon Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead daily clinic operations in a multidisciplinary wellness center in Central Point, Oregon. You will oversee front office staff, ensure smooth patient flow, and drive excellent patient experiences while maintaining a positive work culture.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience in healthcare (or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with scheduling, customer service, and administrative operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

Lead front office staff and foster a positive team culture.
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
Ensure exceptional patient service from check-in through check-out.
Manage staff scheduling and coordinate coverage as needed.
Train, mentor, and develop team members.

Position Summary

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic while ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflows, and a positive work culture.
