Job summary

Southern Oregon Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead daily clinic operations in a multidisciplinary wellness center in Central Point, Oregon. You will oversee front office staff, ensure smooth patient flow, and drive excellent patient experiences while maintaining a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience in healthcare (or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience with scheduling, customer service, and administrative operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office staff and foster a positive team culture.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Ensure exceptional patient service from check-in through check-out.
• Manage staff scheduling and coordinate coverage as needed.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic procedures.
• Monitor patient scheduling, registration accuracy, insurance verification, and co-pay collections.
• Assist with conflict resolution and patient concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory and office supply management.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee training initiatives.
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to organizational growth.
