Now Hiring: Office Manager (Flexible Schedule)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with office management, bookkeeping, and accounting experience? Pool Mart is seeking an Office Manager to help support the daily operations of our growing business. This is a flexible opportunity, ideal for someone re-entering the workforce after raising children or needing a family-friendly schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and customer service functions
  • Process and reconcile sales transactions, vendor bills, and payments
  • Oversee bookkeeping tasks: A/R, A/P, deposits, and bank reconciliations
  • Support QuickBooks entry, monthly financial reporting, and tax filings
  • Assist with warranty registrations, financing paperwork, and general administration

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office management, bookkeeping, and light accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Comfort in a retail/service environment
