Milliman is seeking an Office Manager based in the United States, with remote work flexibility. You will partner with the Minneapolis Health and Life practice leadership to enhance coordination, drive efficiency, and accelerate decision-making across executive support, project coordination, and operations.

The Office Manager will serve as a trusted partner to the Milliman Minneapolis Health and Life practice's leadership team, helping increase our effectiveness, capacity, and decision velocity by improving coordination and ensuring important work moves forward.
This role supports our leaders across a wide range of executive support, project coordination, communications, and operational responsibilities. Success in this position comes from anticipating needs, staying organized amid changing priorities, following through on details, and helping a fast-moving team operate more smoothly.

This role is based out of the Milliman office in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.

The overall hourly range for this role is $34.47 - $63.42, which corresponds to an annual salary of $71,700 to $131,905 assuming 40 hours worked per week.
