This role requires an Associate degree and 2 years of related experience, with strong organizational and MS Office skills. You will handle shipments, data entry in AlplaProd, travel planning, expense reports, and procurement while supporting facility needs and visitor arrangements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare domestic and international shipments.
• Enter production data into AlplaProd.
• Coordinate travel (airlines, hotels, shuttles).
• Provide management support including expense reports and project support.
• Procurement of office materials.
• Coordinate office supplies and maintain facility appearance.
• Support facility operations and visitor arrangements.
