• Research market trends, available office spaces, tenants, ownership activity, and competitive data.
• Support development of presentation materials, proposals, and client meeting preparations.
• Track key market indicators such as vacancy, absorption, rents, comps, and construction activity.
• Build foundational understanding of the office market.
• Generate and qualify potential new business leads.
• Conduct cold-calling and outreach to expand the team's pipeline.
