You will source opportunities, build financial models, support due diligence, and work with asset management teams to execute business plans and create value across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years in real estate investment, acquisitions, asset management, lending, or advisory.
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting capabilities.
• Experience evaluating office, mixed-use, or commercial real estate opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite acquisitions and development opportunities
• Build financial models and investment committee materials
• Support due diligence and transaction execution
• Partner with asset management teams to drive value creation initiatives
• Analyze market fundamentals, leasing trends, and capital markets activity
• Assist with business plan execution across existing investments
