Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Argus is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of real estate valuation metrics (IRR, equity multiple, DCF, NOI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for property tours, market research, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new real estate investment opportunities.
• Lead financial underwriting and due diligence for potential acquisitions.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present to Investment Committee.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate returns and capital structures.
• Conduct market research to support investment theses and trends.
• Coordinate with legal, financing, and consultants to close transactions.
• Track deal pipeline with milestones and investment metrics.
• Provide strategic recommendations on pricing, structuring, and risk.
