Private Company, LLP in New York City seeks a Hospitality Associate to elevate the daily workplace experience. You’ll own pantries, common areas, and conference rooms; keep them clean, stocked, and guest-ready throughout the workday.

We value a can-do mindset and a true service orientation. Responsibilities include meeting support, guest reception, vendor coordination, and office operations, with a base salary of $65,000–$85,000 plus a discretionary year-end bonus.

• Customer service experience in hospitality or corporate settings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage pantries, kitchens, and common areas; restock and monitor inventory.
• Prepare conference rooms and coordinate catering and deliveries for meetings.
• Greet employees and visitors; manage check-in and provide office orientation.
• Log deliveries, track stock, and perform weekly inventory checks.
• Coordinate with vendors and support reception and office services as needed.
• Open and run the mailroom; handle mail and shipping duties.
