Ballard Marine Construction LLC is seeking an Office Engineer to support marine and heavy civil projects. The role involves project planning, scheduling, estimating, document control, procurement, quality assurance, and field coordination to help deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to Ballard's safety and operational excellence culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, civil engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop, update, and analyze project schedules in P6 and related tools.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and engineering calculations for planning and procurement.
• Coordinate procurement activities including material tracking and subcontract administration.
• Support project controls, budgeting, and forecast processes.
• Develop QC plans and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Assist field teams with planning, coordination, and documentation.
