Job summary

STV is seeking a CEI, Construction Engineering Office Engineer for our Transportation department in Hartford, CT. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with contract documents, managing project documentation, and coordinating material testing to meet CTDOT standards.

The candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in construction engineering with CMIT Level 4 or NICET Level 2 and a minimum of 2 years of construction engineering/inspection experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or closely related field.
• CMIT Level 4 or NICET Level 2 certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of construction engineering and inspection experience.
• Familiarity with CEI processes, contract administration, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior CTDOT CE&I experience
• Professional Engineer License
• OSHA 10 Hour Construction Training
• Working knowledge of Compass and AASHTOWare project (AWP)

Compensation Range:

$104,402.58 - $119,317.24
