World Relief seeks an Office Director to lead the Spokane offices, providing strategic direction, program oversight, and financial stewardship. You will supervise teams, build partnerships with community organizations, and ensure alignment with World Relief’s mission.

The role emphasizes staff development, grant management, and program delivery for refugee and immigrant services. We value faith alignment and strong communication as you represent World Relief locally.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive management experience including management of budgets
• Experience with federal and state grant funding streams
• Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
• Strong public speaking and outreach skills
• Commitment to World Relief's mission, values and faith alignment
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or advanced degree strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of multiple teams in two offices
• Oversee staff supervision, performance management, and HRIS updates
• Develop and monitor program budgets and grant funding
• Foster partnerships with local churches, partners and donors
• Ensure compliance, safeguarding, and dignified client service
• Lead planning, fundraising, outreach strategies
• Coordinate with national and local staff in US Programs
• Represent World Relief in the local community
