Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for guests and visitors. You will answer phones, log visits, and support the management team and hourly staff with a range of administrative tasks.
Under general supervision, you will greet visitors, issue badges, route calls, manage deliveries, process expense reports, and help maintain a clean, well-organized office environment for multiple Medline locations.
Under general supervision, the Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring an outstanding guest experience by serving as the primary point of contact for welcoming guests to the facility. Additionally, the Office Coordinator will be responsible for answering phone calls, receiving mail and packages, and performing other support tasks for the management team and hourly team members.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $20.25 - $29.25 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
