Medline Industries, LP is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee the daily administration and operation of the warehouse in the United States. You will supervise staff, manage receipts, storage and shipments, and ensure procedures, safety, and reporting are followed.
The role includes coaching, hiring input, and working with customer service to resolve issues. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus) and at least 3 years of supervisory and warehouse
Job Summary
Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Oversee materials are received, stored, shipped and reported in accordance with established procedures. Direct and supervise warehouse staff. Review effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization and protection of equipment. Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Ensure overtime is maintained within budget allotted.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree a plus.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $67,000.00 - $101,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
