Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette.
• Maintain a well-organized and professional workspace.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services of the organization.
• Meet and greet walk in customers, showing them around our showroom.
• Maintain incoming paperwork from sales team
• Schedule appointments with both customers and Window World team.
• Manage communication between customers, installation teams, and service teams
• Receiving payments from our customers
• Resolve customer issues, alongside management teams
• Receive paperwork from deliveries
• Logically rearrange service and install schedules in the event of emergency situations
• Utilizing our Window World CRM program and QuickBooks (basic knowledge is preferred)

Qualifications

• Pleasant personality, with energetic spirit both in-person and on phone
• Prior customer service experience is essential
• Prior basic computer skills required
• Prior data entry skills are required
• Independent work skills essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Strong math skills
• Must have strong prioritizing skills in order to meet the demands of the varying tasks
