RiseMe is seeking an administrative assistant to support daily operations in a dynamic office environment. You will manage calls, assist with payroll-related tasks, maintain files, and prepare reports for program directors and supervisors.
The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and confidentiality. On-site position with standard office hours.
Description
Create, change and monitor documents as directed for each program. Track information needed by Directors on a day-to-day basis.
A. Assure all clients, family and other support givers are treated with respect and dignity; and
ensure that their rights ·are preserved.
B. Provide support to Program Director and other staff as directed.
A. Problem Solving/Decision Making - Able to assess needs and consider course of action to best meet those needs.
B. Monitoring - Able to effectively review and work to determine if any changes, improvements or other actions are necessary.
C. Planning - Establish effective objectives, and priorities, and implement plans; anticipate obstacles and consider alternatives.
