Responsible for acting as the working lead in the Fitness Centers. Coordinates front desk procedures, membership engagement and
growth, customer satisfaction, programs, community engagement and related activities. Develops and supervises programs for the
maximum utilization of services and equipment. Possesses knowledge of general health and fitness operations, trends and quality
management. Responsible for training/mentoring and scheduling/staffing for the center and Customer Service staff. Responsible for
work process of the Customer Service department as well as daily operations. Completes established competencies for the position
within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
