UW Health in northern Illinois (Rockford area) is seeking a qualified childcare leader to join our team at the Ryan Jury Development Learning Center. This 100% FTE role requires a Director Qualified candidate and an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Elementary Education.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality care, and collaborate with the health system’s child-care initiatives.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or Elementary Education is required.
• Director Qualified according to DCFS regulations (18 credit hours toward the nurture and education of the young child).
• First Aid and Food Service Sanitation certifications are required.
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification is required.

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Monday-Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, you will work UW Health Ryan Jury Development Learning Center 122 Williams Way

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications
