Responsibilities

  • Own executive calendars end-to-end — scheduling meetings and blocking focus time.
  • Book travel (domestic & international) and build practical itineraries.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports on time; track travel spend.
  • Draft correspondence and prep materials; keep records organized.
  • Be the Behind-the-Scenes MVP, handling confidential information with discretion.
