Servpro is a national leader in property restoration with more than 2,200 locations across the United States. We provide specialty cleaning and construction services for residential and commercial properties. Our locally operated franchises serve Allentown and the surrounding areas.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and courteous individual with 2+ years of administrative experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and routing calls
  • Data entry; collecting customer information and updating job files
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Organizing and distributing daily production schedules
  • Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices, and other correspondence
Skills & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience OR higher education
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and data entry software
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Courteous and helpful demeanor when speaking with customers
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23 - $27 per hour based on experience
