Monmouth UniversityOffice CoordinatorDepartment: Occupational TherapyPosition Summary:Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Office Coordinator in the Occupational Therapy department.The candidate would be expected to support the functions of the department of Occupational Therapy including programs and initiatives. Provide excellent customer service to students and university personnel. Act as a liaison to the public, students and university personnel. Greet visitors, handle inquiries, take messages, and route calls or direct them appropriately. Responsible for scheduling meetings; compose and type meeting minutes; filing; correspondence; managing department databases; schedules and calendars. - Experience in an educational setting.
