Job description

Position Overview: To provide administrative support to the sales teams. Responsibilities include collecting medical documentation for new client setup at 180 Medical, auditing patient files to ensure compliance with state regulations, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Request necessary documentation from clients via fax, email, and phone.
  2. Assist with reporting and tracking for Outside Sales Reps.
  3. Contribute to company projects as assigned.
  4. Make entries in MT2 system as appropriate.
  5. Support auditors by providing information and answering questions.
  6. Send business letters and thank you cards as requested.
  7. Coordinate information flow with team members and sales reps.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Education:
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Clerical and administrative experience required.
  • Medical administrative skills preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and independence.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
Additional Details:
  • This role can be performed remotely.
  • Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, occasional bending, and lifting under 20 lbs.
  • Work environment is an office setting.
