Allied Universal in Tustin, CA is seeking a Security Officer Access Control to protect clients across industries, primarily at a commercial real estate site. You will perform access control duties, monitor entrances, and provide attentive customer service to tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and flight operations personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including building areas, parking facilities, perimeter locations, and aviation-related access points.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, property damage, maintenance concerns, and unauthorized persons according to site procedures.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
