Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations, facility logistics, and departmental workflow execution.
• Establish standard operating procedures, policies, and operational guidelines.
• Analyze performance data, financial trackers, and operational efficiency metrics.
• Help structure master operational schedules, project deadlines, and capacity plans.
• Draft operational reports, process documentation, and internal policy updates.
• Support the rollout of supply chain enhancements, inventory controls, and site systems.
• Maintain operational directories, vendor contracts, equipment logs, and compliance files.
• Gather performance insights to build quarterly management updates and operational reviews.
• Coordinate with team leads to allocate resources and hit key productivity targets.
• Lead department briefings, process strategy sessions, and operational reviews.
• Track critical performance bottlenecks and implement swift corrective action plans.
• Provide high-level administrative oversight for all ongoing business functions.
