REPORTS TO: Business Service Manager
LOCATION: Public Works Department, Nespelem, WA
This is a Non-Exempt position. Performs general clerical support, data entry, and reception services, usually following well established policies, procedures, and methods. Assignments may be in technical, field, or administrative areas, where there are usually other senior level administrative support positions to provide guidance and prioritize specific work assignments.
Education and Training:
Typically requires a High School diploma with course work in general office practices and typically 1 year of experience in a high volume customer service, general clerical, data entry, and production keyboarding environment.
Note: Pursuant to Tribal Policy, if this position is safety sensitive it is subject to pre-employment drug testing. In addition, this position is subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug testing.
