For more than 60 years, Greenscapes of Southwest Florida has been part of the community we call home. Founded in Naples in 1962, Greenscapes began as a small local landscaping company and has grown into one of Southwest Florida’s leading commercial landscape management companies. Today, our team serves properties throughout the region and brings together decades of local experience with the resources of Sperber Landscape Companies.
But while we've grown, we've worked hard to maintain something that has always been important to us: taking care of our people and our customers.
Our team takes a personal, relationship-based approach to our work. Many of our clients have been with us for decades, and we believe those long-term relationships are built on communication, trust, and consistently taking care of the details.
This is a front-office, customer-service-focused position. You will be one of the friendly faces and voices of Greenscapes, helping residents, vendors, employees, and visitors get the assistance they need.
You’ll answer phones, help coordinate repair requests, receive inspection reports, and keep information moving between residents and the appropriate members of our team.
This role is a great fit for someone who genuinely likes people, enjoys helping others, stays organized, and takes pride in being someone the team can depend on.
You don't need a college degree or a background in landscaping. We're much more interested in your personality, reliability, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
We're looking for someone who is kind, dependable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Education is not a requirement. We're looking for someone who is dependable, personable, teachable, and ready to contribute.
You won't be thrown into the job and expected to figure everything out on your own.
Our training is hands‑on and designed to help you become comfortable and confident in the role.
You’ll:
We believe people do their best work when they feel supported, respected, and comfortable asking for help.
At Greenscapes, we’re proud of the culture we’ve built.
We’re a team that looks out for one another. We understand that everyone has different strengths, and we believe in helping each other rather than leaving someone to struggle on their own.
Our business has grown significantly since 1962, but we haven’t lost the personal side of who we are. We value relationships - with our customers and with each other. Our approach to client service has long centered on teamwork and making sure information flows effectively between our clients and our crews.
If you’re looking for a workplace where people are compassionate, supportive, approachable, and willing to help, you’ll find that here.
You May Be Exactly Who We’re Looking For.
We’re not looking for someone who knows everything. We’re looking for someone we can count on.
